Privacy Policy

Lifeifi LLC ("Lifeifi," "we," "us") makes the Lifeifi app and the website at lifeifi.app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Our promise
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never use your goals, plans or answers for advertising.
- We never use them to train AI models, and our AI provider doesn't either.
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups: your first name, email, and your optional "if only" answer.
- In the app: your account details (name, email), and what you enter to plan your life: goals, Life Wheel ratings, habits, schedule, tasks, scores and rewards. Faith-based content is shown only if you turn it on.
- Subscriptions: your subscription status. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card details.
- Basic technical data: device type, app version and crash reports, used to keep the app working.
How we use it
- To run Lifeifi: save your plan, calculate your daily score, and sync across your devices.
- To email you about Lifeifi, including launch news for waitlist members. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To provide AI features, if you turn them on (below).
- To support you and to improve Lifeifi.
AI features
If you turn on the AI goal coach, the answers and goals needed to create your suggestions and weekly check-ins are sent securely to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes them on our behalf. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic may not train its models on this content. You can turn AI features off at any time in Settings.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run Lifeifi, under contracts that limit their use of your data: hosting and database (Supabase), subscription management (RevenueCat), email (Brevo), website hosting (Netlify), and AI (Anthropic). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Keeping it safe and how long we keep it
Your data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to what's needed to run the service. We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- See, correct, export or delete your data from the app's Settings, or by emailing us.
- Turn AI features and faith-based content on or off anytime.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
Children
Lifeifi is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we make important changes, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email.
